Steven Taylor helped me do what I thought was impossible....and made it feel easy. With his guidance in making the right food choices, strength-building and calorie-burning exercise routines, and constant encouragement, I lost 35 lbs. in 4 months. Steven truly listened and took into consideration my time limitations as well as my likes/dislikes when it came to food and exercise and helped me find a balance that works for me! He also helped my teenage son with strength-training/core-building exercises in preparation for baseball. Steven has a keen understanding of how athletes need to prepare their bodies for competitive sports.
